Resin insulation dry type transformer is SC10 and SC11 series dry type transformer independently developed by our company through introduction of international advanced technology. Since the coil is wrapped by epoxy resin, it is nonflammable,fireproof, non-explosive, maintenance-free, non-pollutive, small so that it can be directly installed in the center of load. At the same time, scientific and reasonable design and casting craftmanship make local discharge less , noise lower and radiation capability stronger. The product is equipped with smart temperature controller, which makes it possess the functions of fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature trip and black box. It is connected with the computer through RS485 serial interface and can be controlled centrally.

The iron core selects excellent cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel plate, with multi-stage stepper full miter structure, the core column is banded by using F class adhesive tape without weft and the surface of iron core is sealed by insulation resin paint in order to keep moisture proof and rust proof and reduce no-load loss, no-load current and noise of iron core. Special surface treatment of clamps and fasteners improves the quality of the appearance of the product further.
